Terms of Service

Hall of Mirrors: The Tesseract · Last updated: 18 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Hall of Mirrors: The Tesseract. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them — they are short, and they say plainly what this product does and does not promise.

1. Who provides this service

The service is provided by Krasimir Stoyanov Kolev, trading as Allistar Center, a self-employed sole trader registered in Cyprus. Contact: allistarcenter@gmail.com.

2. What the service is

You submit an intention or question. It is routed through 26 independent AI agents, each with a distinct perspective and no knowledge of the others' responses, and then through two synthesis stages. The result is a report that states whether those 26 perspectives genuinely converged, split, or scattered.

This is a mirror, not an oracle. The Tesseract is designed to reflect the structure of thinking about your question, not to tell you the answer. It will sometimes report that the perspectives genuinely disagreed, or that there was not enough signal to say anything useful. That is a legitimate and intended outcome, not a fault, and it is not grounds for a refund.

3. What it is not

Reports are generated by AI language models. They may contain errors, omissions or statements that are simply wrong. Nothing produced by this service is professional advice.

You remain fully responsible for any decision you make. Use your own judgement, and consult qualified professionals where the stakes warrant it.

4. Your account

5. Mirrors, pricing and payment

6. Refunds

Because a report is generated and delivered immediately, and because it consumes real computing cost at the moment you submit it, Mirrors that have been spent are not refundable. By submitting an intention you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that report under EU consumer law once it has been generated.

Unspent Mirrors can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of them. If something goes genuinely wrong — a report fails, is empty, or is technically broken — contact us and we will credit the Mirrors back. We would rather fix a real problem than argue about it.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this service to:

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

8. Your content and your reports

Your intentions and the reports generated from them remain yours. You may use them however you wish, including in your own professional work.

We claim no ownership over what you write. We do not use your intentions or reports to train models, to build products, or as examples, and we do not share them with anyone except the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the report. See the Privacy Policy.

You grant us only the limited permission needed to process, store and display your content back to you as part of running the service.

9. Our content

The Tesseract's architecture, agent roster, prompts, interface, visualisations and written material are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Availability

This is a service run by one person. We aim to keep it working and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, pause or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down permanently, we will give registered users reasonable notice and an opportunity to export their reports.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a report, for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under EU and Cypriot consumer law are unaffected.

12. Ending your use

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing allistarcenter@gmail.com. Deleting your account deletes your reports. Unused Mirrors are forfeited on deletion unless you request a refund first, where eligible.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify registered users by email. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
